Investment Options In Grenada

To acquire a Grenada passport, the applicant needs to make a minimal monetary non-refundable donation of USD 150,000 either through the National Transformation Fund (NTF) or through government-approved real estate projects with a minimum investment of USD 220,000  in the country.

The required investment amount for NTF will increase with the number of dependents during the time of application. The applicant is free to sell the acquired property after a period of five years.

Benefits:

Grenadian citizens can travel visa-free and visa-on-arrival to a total of 143 countries including Singapore, China, Russia, Hong Kong, The United Kingdom, and the Schengen area. The holder also has an opportunity to obtain an E2 Investor visa to the United States of America. Grenada is the only country in the Caribbean with a CBI program to offer this E2 Visa option.

 

A single applicant can apply for his/her family members as dependents for example spouse of the main applicant, children (biological or adopted) under 30 years of age and dependent parents

Grenada passport holders can hold dual citizenship.

Citizenship is passed onto all future generations and newborn children can be added for free.
